KaganCore must stop serving the personal Public Profile through its own public route. External search engines, social platforms, and message-preview caches may take time to refresh or remove their own copies, so KaganCore cannot promise instant third-party deletion.

A deactivated, removal-requested, deleted, suspended, blocked, or otherwise non-disclosable profile must stop exposing personal Public Profile content through KaganCore. A former public name may remain reserved to prevent reassignment or impersonation, without remaining a public profile or account record.

Potentially, but only through separately governed internal access. Richer professional or operational context must be independently authorized, permissioned, and scoped to the exact professional record. Public visibility never grants that access by itself.

KaganCore may apply platform restrictions that reduce search exposure or public reach for safety, integrity, legal, lifecycle, or quality reasons. Those restrictions can reduce visibility but cannot manufacture owner publication consent.

Yes. The core professional profile and its privacy and publication controls are Free Core capabilities. Paid features must not become a pay-to-publish or pay-to-trust mechanism.
